| Abstract;Various fields of life science study employing bio-informatics require a large scale of IT tool infrastructures. This paper describes how an IT vender copes with issues of providing such IT infrastructures to contribute to the basic studies of life science after the completion of analyzing human genomes. Proposed solutions include a bio-IT platform mainly consisting of a high-performance computer by use of parallel processing technology, tools for diagnosis, and support for developing medicines. |
