Abstract; It took a quarter of a century to be clarified decoding of translation termination genetic codes ( termination codons ), and a whole image of its next step of translational processing since genetic code decoding process, which is explained by the pairing rule of codons on mRNA and anticodons on tRNA, has been elucidated. Studies on translation termination mechanism not only propose a new concept to expand existing concepts, but clarify new aspects of biopolymers behaving in a sense apart from common sense obtained until now. Research on decoding mechanism of genetic codes is attractive because it has the depth to incessantly offer exciting topics.
