| Abstract;mRNA, which has termination codon in the middle point of translation region by mutation and recombination of DNA, and abnormal splicing of RNA, is selected by the mechanism called nonsense-mediated mRNA decay(NMD), and is positively decomposed. Though NMD is the mechanism preserved in yeasts to humans, its molecular mechanism is of late to be clarified from recognizing abnormal mRNA until its decomposition. This article introduces each step of NMD that decomposes abnormal mRNA by using RNA metabolism, and activating unique factors. |
