Abstract; How is time, place, and occasion(TPO) of gene expression regulated? It is the fact that regulation by transcription factors in transcriptional levels plays major role, but is not forgetable the importance of regulation after transcription in RNA levels. For these regulation of gene expression after transcription proteins with RNA-binding motifs(RNA-binding proteins) play important roles. Recent research is revealing various functions of these RNA-binding proteins and their importance in biological development and differentiation.
