| Abstract;Seeing is believing. Everybody may have once thought to want to observe what kinds of things are actually happening in a vital organism directly by bare eyes. Technology to visualize only 1 molecule in real-time has been recently established, and it is not an accout of a dream to watch one molecular movement just like watching TV programms in a living room. This article introduces a visualization trial for the manner of nuclear export of mRNA by using fluorescent labeling mRNA. |
