Abstract;A nervous system controling actions, senses, affection, and memories of a bioorganism is one cell society consisting of various kinds of cells. When the bioorganism becomes higher, their cell population increases explosively, and the network of the cells also becomes complex. Cell groups of nervous system proliferate by symmetrical or asymmetrical cell divisions of neural progenitor cells including neural stem cells in order to increase their cell numbers and types. Advances of molecular developmental biology in the 10 years of late have been revealing one after another the phenomena that processing, localization, and translational regulation of RNA play important roles at the determination of cytodifferentiation. This article explains the phenomena by referring to some examples.
