Abstract;Ribosomes are important intracellular devices to carry out translation of mRNA. Stable supply of ribosomes for bioorganisms is essential for the maintenance and the growth of their cells or the production of proteins responding to signals. Though functional disorders of ribosomes seem to promptly cause death or abnormalities of cells, and their involvement with human diseases has not been discussed much until now. This article not only investigates possiblility of new disease, "ribosomapathy", but also introduces author's systematic approaches to establish the disease.
