Abstract;Tissue specificity is a main factor for the mechanisms of pathogenic expression to determine virulent and non-virulent strains of viruses. The molecular mechanism of tissue specificity has been clarified. The tissue specificity includes species and tissue specificity by virus receptors, tissue specificity by cellular proteases, and that by RNA virus-specific mechanisms oftranslation initiation. This article tries to dig down to the molecular aspects of interactions between viruses and the factors of their hosts to be caused tissue specificity.
