Abstract;There has been some literatures concerning psychosocial factors in asthma over many years but the development study on life task cannot answer the question of whether psychosocial factors are initiating factors for asthma or whether they result from asthma. According to the results from the questionnaires on their life events influencing asthmatic attacks, their characters and their family and social environment, we should treat asthmatic children at school age with Japanese pediatric guidelines on treatment and management for asthmatic children and understand their psychosocial factors which induce or aggravate asthma.
