| Abstract;In Dec. 2002, NEC developed a high-performance blade server Express5800/420Ma. This is a new generation product of the NEC blade server and reinforces the function and performance of the previous model. Adopted CPU is enhanced to the latest Intel Xeon processor by Pentium III-s, but it requires higher CPU power consumption. In this article, we comment on the cooling technology of the NEC blade server using a high power consumption CPU with high density. (author abst.) |
