The independence of the co-medical staff was facilitated and the collaborative care was improved. The introduction of outcome into the clinical pathway enabled easier approach to analyze the different medical management of the individual clinical cases, consequently, the system and mind reconstruction to realize the effective medical practice proceeded gradually. The higher level of medical skill and collaborative care was demanded. The clinical pathway was also useful as a medical record. The logical relationship between medical information and practice became obvious, and it became easier to see where the responsibility lies.
