| Abstract;Introduction of the fixed amount payment system (DRG/PPS) classified by disease of a medical treatment fee was started as a brake to increase of disorderly medical cost in Japan. In order to advance rational improvement in the medical quality. maintenance, and medical cost reduction, it is unavoidable, and thinking over the state of a hospital anew at this opportunity rather is recommended. With progress of a venous and elemental nutrition, the necessity for a nutrition support team (NST) is recognized. NST can expect various results by carrying out suitable nutrition management which meets each patient. It is thought that the contents of activity contribute to improvement in the quality of passage medical treatment variably. It is important to perform nutrition management which uses the NST path after NST operation, to raise the speciality nature of NST further as a future subject, and to go by our hospital.
