| Abstract;The final goal of clinical pathway is the improvement of health care quality. Particularly, an outcome-oriented clinical pathway and a daily outcome oriented medical record system are the very effective and sophisticated tool which makes an efficient variance analysis related with a lot of clinical information. Moreover, the pursuit of the quality of health care will he finally involved with the finance and structure of hospital. We have developed 109 clinical pathways since 1996 and the total quality management (TQM) will be the next step of our activity of clinical pathways. (author abst.) |
