| Abstract;A strong postoperative pain often develops after the surgical treatments for bone and joint as well as thoracoscopy and appears. When an appropriate analgesic treatment is not given for postoperative pain, various adverse effects might occur in the respiratory system, cardiovascular one, gastrointestinal one, urinary one, endocrinological one as well as in patient's metabolisms and mentality. These changes were explained and those were relievable with an appropriate analgesic treatment after surgical treatment, such as local and epidural analgesic treatment with a local anesthetic drug alone or its combination with opioid. |
