| Abstract;Pain control after thoracotomy in acute phase and chronic one was described. For the former, epidural analgesic drug, paravertebral nerve block, costal nerve block, intravenous PCA (patient-controlled analgesic method), etc. were reviewed. Whereas for post-thoracotomic pain syndromes in the latter group, therapeutic and preventive methods have not been established. At present the treatment for PTPS is conducted according to the method for neuropathic pain treatment. |
