| Abstract;Recently, application of IV-PCA morphine is major in National Pediatric Hospital. Here, we presented a postoperative protocol of IV-PCA for children. Actual status of application for PCA morphine in our hospital was described in addition to its favorable properties. The reasons that ballon infuser is not used in our hospital and it has not been spread in Japan were described as well as other analgesic methods. Thus, it was pointed out that IV-PCA is a safety and excellent pain control method. |
