| Abstract;Our film model method developed to make morphological study on the early process of peripheral nerve regeneration was presented and the early process of nerve generation that was clarified using the method was described. In addition, clinical findings about the double lesion effects in the peripheral nerve system were presented. Influence of the nerve positioned in the distal side of nerve amputation on the regenerated nerve was analyzed and it was indicated that a myelin sheath related glycoprotein, MAG acts as a pruning factor. |
