| Abstract;A new therapeutic method for stegnosis in the lumbar vertebral canal named as Sten-X was described. Sten-X is an implant that is inserted into the gap between the affected intervertebral processus spinosus. The symptoms are improved through restricting only the retroflexion between the affected vertebras. The procedures, application, contradiction of Sten-X as well as its merit and demerit were described. The clinical outcomes of Stent-X were described for 4 cases of 3 patients with lumbar vertebral canal stegnosis. All complains of the 4 patients were improved by Sten-X. For one of them, additional insertion was needed because of the influence in the adjacent vertebras. |
