| Abstract;This article described the structure and effects of bisphosphonate, which is classified into three groups of the first, the second and the third generation, which are different in the kind of side chain. Since bisphosphonate has repressive effects on bone adsorption, the compound is effective for the treatment of osteoporosis, hypercalcemia, bone metastasis, bone Paget's disease, dysosteogenesis, etc. Clinical findings as to the application of bisphosphonate were summarized and its applicability to applicable to Health Insurance was described. |
