Abstract;This paper explains the following items on the titled research: 1) Objectives; to clarify the social effect of parents on children's recognition and behavior in environmental matters, 2) approach; questionnaires to 276 pairs of 4th to sixth grade children and parents, 3) results; Parent-child conversation had only weak effect on raising children's such recognition. Praising or advising had a little effect. Most strong effect was confirmed from children's observation of parents' environmental benign behavior and 4) conclusion; children acquire environmental preservation act by feeling parent's expectation, based on parent's activities as models.
