| Abstract;Comparative study was made on the risk factors for perioperative aggravation in 53 survivors of 65 patients who underwent emergency operation for abdominal aneurysm in the past 11 years. The rate of death in hospital was 18.5% and the symptoms mostly observed in the death group were preoperative hypotension, anemia, decreased number of platelet, acidosis, cardiac arrest, consciousness disorder etc. Gastrointestinal complications were correlated to acidosis and hypotension. When preoperative conditions are kept good, favorable results were obtainable. |
