Abstract;SonoSite is a handy type system applicable to various diagnosing fields. High-grade imaging became possible by full digital technology. This system is characterized by battery-drive operation and rapid worming-up. This system is applicable to internal jugular vein puncture by changing the probe. Here, we described some cases to which this system was applied with satisfactory outcomes. SonoSite echo was demonstrated to be available for evaluation of the capacity of cardiac contraction and the width of the wall.
