Abstract;The orthopedic test is a general physical test for the sinew disease including the spines which orthopedics mainly medically treat, and this scale is wide and very diversified.Of them, the examination of joint movable ranges, and the perception, reflection and muscular power in the neurological examination were described; finally the pain challenge test was described.The considerable diagnosis is possible, if the neurological examination and the orthopedic physical test are utilized.But its method and technique need the skill, and if the positive reaction cannot be caused well in the test, it will not be linked to the diagnosis.
