Abstract;As a significance of the psychological test, the following are considered: Support of the psychological evaluation, decision of the therapeutic effects, improvement of the psychological evaluation ability of medical-care persons and others.Even among the psychological evaluations, the diagnosis of depression is important.While it can be expected that the depression and the depressive state are improved by the treatment in comparison with conversion disorder and hypochondriasis, it is considered that the suicide might also occur in case of being disregarded.The utilization methods of the anxiety and depression test for outpatients and of the evaluation measure of pain and life failure were outlined, which can be conveniently enforced without difficulty and are useful in the daily clinic.
