Abstract; The relations between the autonomic nervous system and pains, which cause problems in the pain clinic, are the cases in which the autonomic nerve activity causes the pain or affects the pain sensitivity. In the autonomic nervous system test, there are a method for evaluating the continuous basic activity of the autonomic nerve and a method for examining the reactivity of the autonomic nerve activity by applying any disturbance. These tests are useful for the diagnosis of existence of the sympathetic nerve-dependent pain, CRPS, diabetic polyneuropathy, dysautonomia disease and others.
