| Abstract;The evaluation method of thermography(A), which is a test useful for diagnosis of the pain, was described on the basis of the daily utilization method in the pain clinic.The utilization method of A in the pain clinic area contain the localization diagnosis of the pain, the cause of the pain, the differential diagnosis, the effect measurement of the pain therapy, the prognosis of the disease, the therapeutic approach, and the decision of the seriousness.It became possible to visually seize the change of skin temperatures along with appearance of A, and this became an aid for grasping the pain objectively.The clinical significance of A in the pain clinic area was considered to be the decision of therapeutic effects rather than the diagnosis. |
