| Abstract; The titled treatment was enforced for lumbar melalgia patients, and its effects were compared on 12 cases of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia(A) and 15 cases of non-hernia.PRS and the JOA score improvement rate(J) were used as evaluation items. As the result, J was 55.0% in A and 20.3% in B with a significantly high improvement being recognized in A.It was considered from this result that while the symptoms of spinal canal stenosis were largely affected by factors from the mechanical oppression, the chemical factors were largely involved in the intervertebral disk hernia; it was guessed that the effect of cleaning outside the dura mater was large. |
