| Abstract; The case was a 42-year-old woman, in whom paroxysmal colic pain and abdominal distension were recognized after cholecystectomy.Afterwards, the colic pain was contracted, which was accompanied with the increased intractable intestine peristalsis due to frequent abdominal operations. The stellate ganglion block and the cervix epidural block were effective for this symptom. The effectiveness of the stellate ganglion block was uncertain for this case; the reason why the sustained effect was not stabilized either was considered to be that the difference of the interception range affected it. |
