| Abstract;Many of the lumbagos observed in the outpatient clinic include the regressive diseases such as spondylosis deformans, intervertebral disk hernia, and the centrum fracture with osteoporosis, and the lumbagos due to injuries.The lumbagos of the cases, in which the initial diagnoses were different from the final diagnoses, were explained giving the following examples as "the lumbagos easily missed": Multiple myeloma, sacrum tumor, purulent spondylitis, and pelvic ring unstable disease.And the following were described as the lumbagos which should be remembered: Serologic reaction negative spondylarthrosis, lumbago intermittent claudication, vascular lumbago, nerve root lumbago, and chronic lumbago. |
