Abstract;The proportion of the secondary muscular hypertonia and fascial pain due to the pains in the pain clinic is large; the trigger point injection(T) is abundantly used for the treatment.The titled local anesthetics were respectively used in T and the differences of the effects were compared and examined.As the result, the 0.375%-ropivacaine showed the effect similar to that of the dibucaine hydrochloride mixture drug in T, and could safely used.
