Abstract; When the nociceptive stimulus has been received regardless of the inside or outside of a human body, it is recognized as a pain depending on its degree. The dorsal spinal nerve root transmits the impulse to the cerebral hemisphere sensory area through the sensory nerve. The local anesthetic is used for the impulse control of the nociceptive stimulation part, the route extending to the dorsal spinal nerve root from the stimulation part, the dorsal spinal nerve root part and the spinal cord upward part. The action mechanism of the local anesthetics, the characteristic of each local anesthetic, and the pharmacokinetics of the local anesthetic were outlined.
