| Abstract;When large invasion has been applied to the organism, macrophages and mastocytes are activated locally, and the liquid factors such as cytokines are produced.The liquid factors stimulate the endocrine system, immune system and central nervous system, and the vital reaction is produced.The fluctuation of the concentrations of various cytokines in the plasm, which is induced by the operation invasion, was analyzed mainly in the epigastrium large invasive operation; this result was introduced. In addition, the research on immunosuppressive action of volatile inhalant anesthetics, the damage-induced immunosuppression, and the possibility of its therapy were outlined. |
