| Abstract; The thrombocyte function and the blood coagulation fibrinolytic ability are greatly changed by the operation invasion; the abnormality can become a cause of blood flooding and thrombosis. The following were outlined: Blood coagulation and fibrinolytic ability inspection, thrombocyte function monitor and anesthesia, and changes in the thrombocyte function and blood coagulability by the operation invasion. The hemorrhage quantity during operation tends to decline owing to advance of the operation technique, development of the hemostatic method and others. In the meantime, the hypercoagulability in the perioperative period causes pulmonary embolism and others, which have become fatal problems.Medical specialists of anesthesiology must carry out appropriately the monitor of thrombocytes and coagulation fibrinolytic ability in the perioperative period, and they must control them to prevent occurrence of the thrombotic complication. |
