| Abstract;Arrhythmia is roughly divided into bradyarrhythmia and tachyarrhythmia.Though therapies were centered on the pharmacotherapy, the radical treatment of most of supraventricular arrhythmia and idiopathic ventricular tachycardia became possible by appearance of the catheter ablation.For prevention of the cardiogenic sudden death due to lethal arrhythmia, the usefulness of the embedded cardiac defibrillator, of which the prognosis is better than the pharmacotherapy, has been established.Recent topics on the arrhythmia treatment were outlined.In addition, the actual therapies for various kinds of arrhythmia were described. |
