| Abstract;There are thrombi, air, amniotic fluids, fats, tumors and others in emboli of the pulmonary embolism which occurs in the perioperative period.In recent years a tendency of increasing crisis frequencies of pulmonary thromboembolism has been reported and socially this has been widely known as traveler's thrombosis.The deep vein thrombosis which is the embolus is said to be very easily formed in the perioperative period.Anesthesiologists must know sufficiently the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism from the standpoint of the risk management in the perioperative period. The risk factor and prophylaxis of phlebothrombosis embolism and the therapy of pulmonary thromboembolism were outlined. |
