Abstract;The category of anesthetic management of ischemic heart disease(IHD) includes anesthetic management of the general surgical operation combined with IHD and the operation(coronary artery bypass surgery) for IHD itself. The gist of anesthetic management is to evaluate synthetically the disease state and risk of the patient, the invasion degree of operation, the effect of the anesthesia and others, and to make and then enforce the anesthetic plan setting up the concrete numerical goal based on the above.Evaluation of the risk of IHD, setting up of the anesthetic management policy based on the risk evaluation, and execution procedure of the anesthesia were outlined.
