| Abstract;The features of anesthetic management of infants and neonates are that the safety area is narrow and that the time until hypoxemia and hypotension fall into the dangerous condition is short.Based on the features of the dissection, physiology and psychological development of infants, the following were outlined: Transfusion in infants, factors for stopping the opeation, limitation of the oral intake and preanesthetic medication, introduction and maintenance of general anesthesia, and various kinds of monitors.Moreover, the following were described: Sacrum epidural anesthesia, zone anesthesia such as the waist thoracic epidural anesthesia, postoperative pain management and anesthetic management of neonates. |
