Abstract; The case was a 5-year-old female infant, who noticed a tumor on the left hand back, and had a tumor recognized in the left axilla, and received medical examination. It was diagnosed as a rhabdomyosarcoma in the biopsy of the left hand back tumor. There was the metastasis in thighbone, tibia and bone marrow in diagnosis. The transplantation by reduced-intensity conditioning that was reported to have less side effect was carried out. The progress in the early stage after the transplantation was good and it was significant that the tumor was reduced though it was temporarily, and the case could leave hospital once and have the time at home. The vomiting by the chemotherapy was terrible, and the convulsion stacking was caused, as the result, the fear for the chemotherapy was planted in both the patient and parents, which made the treatment intermittent.
