Abstract; The case was a 14-year-old man, who complained chiefly of exothermic reaction, left coxalgia and gait stumbling, and the osteomyelitis was suspected. The symptom was once improved after the treatment by the antibiotic agent administration is started, however, the symptom and inflammatory reaction were exacerbated in spite of being under administration of the antibiotic agent. It was diagnosed as an osteomyelitis by the needle biopsy. The antibiotic agent administration was strengthened, but the symptom and inflammatory reaction were not improved and the bone curettage was carried out. Pathological diagnosis at that time was Ewing sarcoma. It seems that the release biopsy is carried out early, the sufficient quantity of sample is collected, pathological examination and gene diagnosis including the immunohistologic retrieval are carried out and the diagnosis and treatment should be carried out in the cases which worry about the differentiation.
