Abstract; The average life span after the diagnosis is as bad as 1 year or less for the prognosis of trilateral retinoblastoma (TRB). A case in which double megatherapy (DM) which considered both sides ocular salvage for the postnatal 6 months male infant of TRB was carried out, and caused the cerebrospinal fluid seeding just before the second DM was experienced. The combination of the suprasellar area tumor was recognized in the bilaterality retinoblastoma, and cerebrospinal fluid neuron specific enolase (NSE) in the crisis showed the high value. The primitive nerve ectoderm tumor was indicated from the cytodiagnosis in causing the cerebrospinal fluid seeding during the progress. The reaction for the salvage treatment was good and the treatment is being continued considering the second DM which used the radiotherapy treatment jointly.
