Abstract;Interesting primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) cases in such points that the constipation was a primary symptom and that it contracted under cyclosporin internal use were reported. The case was a 5-year-old female infant, who had dumbbell type tumor of the thoracic vertebrae level, and laminectomy and tumor subtotal resection were carried out, and everlasting leg paralysis and bladder rectum disorder were shown. In spite of large chemotherapy and radiotherapy, etc., the spread to lung, multiple bone metastasis were caused, and the case was in the poor prognosis. It was the constipation in which the primary symptom seemed to be compression of nerve at the thoracicus level of the tumor. And, the relation between lowering of the tumor immunity by the cyclosporin and carcinogenicity was indicated.
