| Abstract;A case which formed a tumor in the right main bronchus and was diagnosed as anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in the tissue diagnosis and the tumor disappeared by the chemotherapy and became the remission condition, was reported. The case was a 11-year-old female infant who complained chiefly of the dyspnea. A tumor and the mediastinal lymph node swelling which occupied the right main bronchus and and shoot outs to bifurcatio treacheae were recognized in the image diagnosis. The tumor had almost blocked bifurcatio treacheae and it was diagnosed as ALCL in the thoracotomy lymph node biopsy. The chemotherapy was carried out by the ALCL 99 pilot protocol afterwards. The tumor disappears, and the case is in the remission condition at present. |
