| Abstract;The case was a postnatal 5 months male infant at the time of the operation, and the chief complaint was a swelling on the left femoral region. The long narrow tumor was recognized on the same region in postnatal 1 month, which was followed up as a hypodermic tumor. Afterwards, the tumor showed the increasing tendency, and the lymphangioma was suspected strongly. The tumor continued to increase afterwards, and the extraction was carried out in postnatal 5 months. The coat was not recognized on the tumor and the malignant possibility was indicated in the quick examination, and the tumor was removed totally with circumference fat tissue. It was histologically diagnosed as a congenital fibrosarcoma. The postoperative course has been good and the chemotherapy has not been carried out. The recurrence has not been recognized for 10 months since then. |
