| Abstract; The case was a 4-year-old female infant who complained chiefly of the hematuria. The left kidney tumor with less imaging effect and portal lymph node enlargement were recognized in the image and the renal blastoma or malignant lymphoma were suspected. Nephrectomy and portal lymphadenectomy following a renal tumor biopsy and quick diagnosing were carried out. It was diagnosed as a renal cell carcinoma. Renshaw et al. showed that the frequency of papillary type was high in the renal cancer of the infants/juvenile adults. 19 cases of renal cancer of papillary type caused in infants/juvenile adults were subdivided into a similar subtype to the adult and 3 subtypes characteristic to the youth, and this case seemed to coincide with this. |
