| Abstract;This paper describes a communication business offered by FUJITSU, providing IP telephony service through the FENICS communication network. The market trends related to the IP telephony service, features of the service provided, etc. are shown. In addition to operation and administration of the telephone service using a Web portal, cooperation with a variety of business applications, such as groupware and Web conference by use of an interface cooperable with a computer system becomes easily attainable. |
