| Abstract;High quality medical system and safety control of perioperative treatments were summarized from the aspect of system technology. Regarding the preoperative medical system, preoperative collection of information, control of underlying diseases, cooperation with treatments at another medical department and confirmation of patient are discussed. The perioperative control with safety was described in respects of check list, simulation training and bar code. For construction of information control system, incident report system and outcome database are essential. To raise the quality of medical treatments and its safety, medical staffs of perioperative control should establish an ideal system surveying the whole of hospital. |
