Abstract;Surgical treatments for sacral bedsores were made in sponge damaged female patients at age 54 who presented with not ruptured cerebral aneurysm. After induction with amlodipin 5 mg, diazepam 10 mg, atropine 1.0 mg and laftidine 10 mg, subarachnoid administration was made with 0.5% bupivacaine. Blood pressure increased to 175/100 mmHg after changing the body posture and so, IV injection of nicaridipine 0.5 mg was conducted 4 times, resulting that the blood pressure was decreased to 150/100 mmHg. Since the patient was too nervous, midazolam 2 mg in total was administered. Perioperative conditions were satisfactorily stable and her postoperative courses were favorable.
