| Abstract;As for bio-mechanosensor, any adequate sensitivity calibration method under the actual working condition on the body surface hasn't been established. Therefore, we developed a calibrator with the water coupler, the sound propagation of which is similar to that of the living body. Pressure calibration has been performed by comparing the output of sensor under calibration with the hydrophone. Moreover, the calibration system has been developed by using a personal computer. With this calibrator, sensitivity calibration for both sound pressure-type and acceleration-type sensor became able to be done over the frequency band below 1[kHz]. With this system, the evaluation of the characteristics of sensor under the condition of including acoustic impedance of the living body was realized. (author abst.) |
