Abstract; This paper explains the following items on the titled composting technology: 1) Three animal manure compost samples were prepared; control without additives, one added with the titled sludge (A) and one added with poly(aluminum chloride) (PAC), 2) potassium elusion; nearly all potassium was eluded in control, while about 25 % reduction in A, 3) reduction ratio of soluble phosphoric acid based on control; 24-35% and 38-42 % in A and PAC, respectively, 4) suppression of carbon decomposition; decomposable carbon ratio in total carbon was 26.1-26.3 %, 22.6-22.8 % and 17.4-21.1 % in control, A and PAC, respectively and 5) effects on fermentation state; became deteriorated in PAC but good in A.
