Abstract; This paper explains the following items on the titled technology: 1) The proposed hand demolition method was practically verified on practical demolition work; amount and quality of generating waste wood material by each part were studied and man-hour per each work process was measured to evaluate work efficiency and 2) results; waste wood obtained as useful construction material was 0.071 m3/unit floor area (m2)and man-hour per unit floor area was 0.98 more than fractionated demolition under the same conditions and 3) conclusion; increase in man-hour is well covered by waste reduction and the proposed system is superior in view of environmental and economical efficiencies.
